If the pandemic has to focus on anything, then it’s our health and well-being. It has taught us the value of our physical health, mental health, immunity and overall wellness. Not just that, we’ve learnt to become more conscious with our eating habits, workouts & water consumption as well. Many people have also become increasingly conscious of their sleeping patterns.
